Rats are too flexible and have very soft bodies, which will help them go through any minuscule passage. It has been seen that the number of rats is increasing day by day. Not only that they have a flexible body, but also they have extremely sharp teeth to cut anything instantly, mainly when they don’t get food. So their activities are sometimes infuriating as you can see shredded papers, chewed cables or packets. Their voice and scratching sounds signalled us that something was going wrong.

There are many rat entry points like a drain, basin pipes, small holes in the wall etc. They live in a very filthy place from where they acquire germs. Now it has been seen that people try to block those holes with the help of plastic or cloth so that they can live safely without the rats. So rats are lazy, so they try to find an easy way to enter the household and enjoy the meals there. Rats run very fast, so it is hard to cage them; only they can be trapped by offering food to them in the trap box. So rat’s entry points must be sealed so they can’t enter easily. In the drain, apply disinfectant powders as rats can’t resist that smell. Rats try to enter the house in search of food and cover the food.

Rats are those species that have extreme balance, which helps them to run along very fast on the ropes or walls, so it’s hard to catch them. Rats also climb through pipes and easily enter the house premises. It has been seen rats roaming in the bathrooms as they had used the pipes to enter. Rats try to choose unused sewage pipes to lead their lives, and with the help of their sharp teeth, they try to break through the pipes. So to get rid of them, someone must contact the pest control department to take charge; otherwise, negligence may lead to a huge rat community.

So everyone must be thinking about how to stop rats climbing drain pipes. Now rats desire to live in food and water, so they choose damp areas. So the simplest way to stop rats from climbing the drain pipes is to place a rat barrier of some metal with very small holes that rats can’t pass through easily.

Rat entry points are a bit soggy, and they love to live in those wet places as they can run fast through those areas, so they mostly choose drain or water pipes.
