A wide variety of villas are available for purchase and rental on the tropical island of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand. The luxury Samui villa complex is conveniently positioned on the island’s northeast coast in the beach town of Bangrak only a few hundred metres from the town’s huge range of convenience stores, bars and restaurants.
There are now about 20 villas available in the development, but there are several open plots scattered across the estate that might be used to build additional villas on demand for prospective buyers. The villas are constructed in the Balinese style and are made up of several distinct pavilions that are centred around a pool and sun deck.
Each villa is built and designed to provide complete privacy for visitors because both the indoor and outdoor spaces are completely shielded from view from outside the property’s gates.
This Koh Samui villa development offers two and three-bedroom houses and significantly larger villas which offer three doubles and one single bedroom.
The two-bedroom villas are set up with a larger pavilion with two stories that house both bedrooms. A living area with a contemporary entertainment system, kitchen, and indoor dining area is featured in a second pavilion that is constructed one story. A sala with outdoor seating and a covered pool is located in the third pavilion. The largest pavilion has a master bedroom on the second story and a guest bedroom downstairs.
Both bedrooms are exceptionally big with excellent en suite facilities and elegant decor. The Master bedroom includes hardwood, a vaulted ceiling and a private balcony and can be accessed via the villa’s outside stairway. A cosy sofa in the living room pavilion is placed in front of a sizable flat-screen TV with satellite, a DVD player, and a home theatre system. A contemporary kitchen with all of today’s comforts is located behind this leisure space. The L-shaped swimming pool with a Jacuzzi is the focal point of this home, like all the others in the development, and is surrounded by contemporary patio furniture and lush, tropical landscaping.
Although the larger pavilion has two guest bedrooms on the ground floor, the 3 bedroom villas are constructed in a similar style as the 2 bedroom Villa for Sale in Koh Samui
Phuket, which has undergone rapid expansion over the previous 15 to 20 years and is now a billionaires’ playground, is located on the opposite coast. Backpackers, who as we all know, always discover the nicest beaches, were its first visitors. As a result, the number of backpackers visiting Koh Samui is declining. Instead, they pass through on their way to the “Angthong National Marine Park,” which served as the backdrop for the film “The Beach.” They have been replaced by a swarm of foreign investors eager to purchase or construct a luxurious vacation home that will also make a fantastic investment. Prices have been rising at a pretty healthy clip, and they don’t appear to be about to slow down any time soon.
